What will you do?
- Collaborate closely with product teams to understand their needs and ensure the design system meets their requirements.
- Develop and maintain high-quality design components for a clients design system, ensuring they are scalable, accessible, and responsive across different devices and platforms.
- Engage in the full lifecycle of component development, from initial concept through to deployment and integration by product teams.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to maintain high standards of code quality and design excellence.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members, fostering a learning environment and encouraging innovation.
- Stay abreast of the latest frontend technologies and best practices, incorporating them into the design system where appropriate.
- Work closely with designers to ensure that the developed components match the intended design and function.
What's your story?
- Proficiency in CSS3, HTML5, and presentational JavaScript
- A strong understanding of accessibility principles and their application in web development
- Experience with Storybook for developing UI components in isolation
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have (if applicable):
- Familiarity with React, Typescript, TailwindCSS, RadixUI
- Interest in UX + responsive & adaptive design
