SAP MM Developer Consultant

• You will analyze and map the retail business requirements to SAP MM functionalities.
• You will configure and customize the MM module to support retail-specific procurement and inventory management processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice verification, and inventory valuation.
• You will work closely with clients to manage article master data, vendor master data, and purchasing info records, ensuring data integrity and consistency across the supply chain.
• You will integrate MM with other SAP modules such as SD (Sales and Distribution), WM (Warehouse Management), and FI (Financial Accounting) to facilitate end-to-end business process efficiency.
• You will collaborate in project teams through planning, execution, and successful delivery of SAP Retail implementations, system upgrades, and optimizations.
• You will provide maintenance post-implementation, resolving issues and adapting the system to changing business needs.

• Sound experience in SAP Retail with focus on MM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with ABAP reading code, debugging and programming.
• Robust understanding of procurement, inventory management, and logistics execution within the retail industry.
• Knowledge/experience with Vendor and procurement process optimization.
• Data migration and master data governance knowledge.
•  Purchase order management and processing knowledge. 
• Supply chain and inventory management knowledge. 
• Good English skills, written and spoken. 

Nice to have: 
- Experience with SAP-CAR and/or integration of POS-Systems.
- Experience with S/4 HANA, as well as transformation R/3 to S/4 Hana.
